Ulasend charges a processing fee for accepting payments. Bank transfers, verification, and network fees are separate and apply only when you use those services.
Who pays the processing fee?
Merchants can pay the processing fee from their proceeds or pass it to customers as a separate line at checkout.

Identity & business verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) verifies an individual. KYB (Know Your Business) verifies a business. The account holder pays for the verification service required for their account when that paid service is enabled and used.
These are service fees, separate from payment processing. They are not charged on every payment or automatically added to customer invoices.

| KYC - identity verification | $2.00per verification |
| KYB - business verification | $10.00per verification |
Network & other fees
Gas fees
At costWhen you send from your wallet, you pay the blockchain network fee directly. Your wallet shows the fee before you approve the transaction. It varies by network and demand and is separate from the Ulasend processing fee.
For enabled services that incur provider gas costs, those costs are passed through to the account holder at cost.
Card purchases & currency conversion
If you buy crypto through a third-party onramp, the provider may charge its own fees. Review the provider's quote before confirming the purchase.
Crypto conversions use the provider's execution rate. Conversion and network costs can reduce the amount delivered, with the final amount recorded after processing. These costs are separate from Ulasend's processing fee.
Crypto payout network allowances
Eligible standard crypto payouts deduct the fixed allowance below from the requested amount. This allowance is an estimate, not a live at-cost gas quote. Review the applicable fee in your payout request. Availability varies by account and destination; SOL applies to existing legacy destinations.

USDT payouts on Ethereum
Withdraw from your USDC balance and receive USDT on Ethereum (ERC20). The payment provider converts at its execution rate and deducts conversion and Ethereum network costs from the delivery. The final USDT amount is determined after processing and may differ from the USDC withdrawn. Ulasend adds no payout fee for this route.
This route is available to eligible accounts and does not use the fixed network allowances above.
