Receive first. Verify before cash-out.
Confirm your email and set up your business. Eligible merchants receive payments through Ulasend’s Shared Wallet. A wallet you add is a payout destination. Cash-out requires your business’s own KYC/KYB approval and cleared review holds.
How verification worksGood to know
Your questions,
answered.
Which cryptocurrencies can customers use?
New payments currently use supported stablecoins and networks. Available options depend on your account and checkout configuration. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ether, and native SOL are not currently available for new payment requests; the supported-assets guide lists the current routes.
Do I need to build my own checkout?
No. You can create an invoice or payment link and use Ulasend’s hosted checkout. The API is available when you want to connect your own application.
Where do incoming payments go?
Eligible merchants receive into Ulasend’s Shared Wallet and see their credited balance in the dashboard. Adding a wallet sets a payout destination; it does not redirect customer payments to that wallet.
When should I deliver the order?
Wait for the invoice’s final paid status in Ulasend, or verify the signed invoice.paid webhook in your integration. A customer’s wallet screenshot or a pending transfer is not payment confirmation.
Make room for another way to pay.
Start with a payment link. Connect your backend when you’re ready.
