Wallet setup and verification

Wallet setup and verification

Understand your receiving setup, prepare a payout destination, and complete outstanding verification steps.

Check your account status

Open Business verification to see three separate checks:

  • Application shows whether Ulasend has approved your business application or requested updates.
  • Payment processing shows whether your current receiving setup can accept new payments. An approved application alone does not mean processing is active.
  • Dedicated receiving wallet shows the progress of your own business verification and receiving wallet setup. This can still be pending while an approved shared receiving setup accepts payments.

Receiving wallets and payout wallets

Your receiving setup collects customer payments. Ulasend selects and enables either an approved shared receiving route or your business's individual receiving wallet. A payout wallet is a separate address you register for withdrawals from your available balance.

  • Shared receiving: each order and payment remains tracked separately for your business. Eligible accounts can request USDC payouts on Base without a dedicated receiving account, subject to an approved destination, available funds, and account checks.
  • Individual receiving: complete the business and owner verification steps Ulasend authorizes for your dedicated wallet. Starting or completing verification does not automatically switch an existing shared receiving route.

ACH payment acceptance requires an eligible individual receiving wallet; it is unavailable on shared receiving routes. Bank payouts also have separate verification requirements. Use the methods offered in your dashboard and checkout to confirm current availability.

Register a payout wallet

  1. Sign in as an organization owner or administrator. Complete two-factor authentication in Settings before adding a payout wallet.
  2. Open Payouts and choose Add payout wallet. Select the correct network and enter the exact address owned or controlled by your business. Customer and refund addresses cannot be used.
  3. Choose Verify or request review or Submit for review beside the registered wallet. Sign with that exact wallet when supported, or choose Submit without signing and confirm the ownership statement to request manual review.
  4. Wait for Ulasend approval. Registering an address or submitting proof does not activate it for payouts.

What the approval labels mean

  • Signature verified: your message signature proves control of the address. Ulasend must still complete its wallet risk review before activation.
  • Manual review requested:you submitted an ownership statement without a signature. This is not cryptographically verified ownership. Ulasend must independently review the destination and your business's authorization before approval.
  • Admin approved: the destination has been approved. Each payout still checks available funds, the selected asset and network, and any account holds.

The ownership check asks for a message signature, not a transaction or token approval. Never share your seed phrase or private key. If the dashboard shows Approval record incomplete, contact support before requesting a payout to that wallet.

Respond to verification requests

Business verification may show Awaiting Ulasend authorization until Ulasend enables your dedicated-account verification. Once authorized, complete the terms and any outstanding business or owner information shown there. Your existing application stays saved; you do not need to submit a new application.

Check Additional information requested for the exact document requirements and reference links. These requests can also appear in verification emails. Contact Ulasend support for secure document submission instructions, including when request details are still being prepared.

After submitting updates, use Refresh status. A resolved information request does not itself complete verification or enable payments and payouts; check the account statuses and available actions in your dashboard.
